1. Acceptance and website purpose

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. The site is intended for business purchasers and technical professionals to research NECOMS products, download authorized materials and submit RFQs or Order Requests. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

2. RFQs and Order Requests

A website submission is only a Request for Quotation or Order Request. It is not NECOMS acceptance of an order, quotation or contract and does not indicate payment. Price, specifications, availability, MOQ, lead time, taxes, freight, payment terms and the final contract require written confirmation from NECOMS.

3. Product information

We work to keep product information accurate, but content may change and is not a warranty. Purchasing, design and compliance decisions must rely on the final NECOMS-confirmed datasheets, quotations and contracts.

4. Accounts and downloads

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and accept responsibility for account activity. Do not share restricted download links, bypass access controls or use technical documents without authorization. Report unauthorized access promptly to info@necoms.com.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, unlawful, infringing, malicious or misleading information.
• Do not probe, attack, bypass security controls or disrupt the website, API, database or other users.
• Do not use automation to scrape, copy or bulk-download content excessively without written permission.
• Do not use the website or technical materials in violation of export controls, sanctions or other applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Website software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, product materials and other content are owned by NECOMS or its licensors. Except for reasonable internal evaluation and procurement of NECOMS products, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Third-party content and services

The website may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services. NECOMS does not control their content, availability or terms, and you use them at your own risk. Third-party trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The governing law and dispute terms in the parties’ final written contract control a transaction. Without such a contract, applicable law determines the effect of these website Terms.
