The NE5810 series is a 1U pizza‑box XG(S)-PON OLT designed for operators, ISPs, enterprises, and campus networks requiring high‑capacity fiber access. Compliant with ITU‑T G.984/987/988, it supports GPON, XGPON (2.5G/10G) and XGSPON (10G/10G) simultaneously, enabling flexible deployment and smooth evolution from GPON to 10G PON. With strong openness, high interoperability, and complete software features, the NE5810 works with a wide range of ONUs to deliver broadband, voice, video, and surveillance services across FTTH, enterprise parks, campuses, and ETC applications. The platform inherits GPON service configuration and O&M, simplifying network upgrades while providing significantly higher bandwidth. Its compact 1U design reduces space requirements and supports easy installation and maintenance. Mixed ONU networking is supported, helping operators reduce deployment and replacement costs. The NE5810 series offers two models: NE5810‑08 with 8 XGS‑PON combo ports, and NE5810‑16 with 16 XGS‑PON combo ports. It features rich Layer 2/3 capabilities, flexible management, and multiple protection protocols including FlexLink, STP/RSTP/MSTP, ERPS, and LACP, as well as RIP and OSPF routing. Modular power supplies, modular fans, power redundancy, and ONT power‑failure alarms ensure high reliability for carrier‑grade deployments.
